Our Story

Since moving to our present agency at OrangeTee & Tie, we have moved from our primary role as property agents in Singapore to professional real estate consultants.

In today’s market it is no longer just about buying and selling of properties. As property agents, we provide our clients with an accurate and detailed analysis of the property market. These analysis are proven hard facts and data that we’ve accumulated over the years for both home buyers and investors. With access to cutting-edge technology and a strong network of foreign and Singapore real estate professionals, we are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to make your next property investment a smooth one.

Why do we focus on Bukit Timah?

Bukit Timah is possibly one of the most liveable and sought-after districts in Singapore, both for the locals and expats. It is well known for its concentration of Good Class Bungalows (GCB) and luxury condominiums. Furthermore, some of the best local and international schools in Singapore are found here! When the Downtown MRT Line was opened in 2017, it facilitates direct travel to the Central Business District (CBD) and Marina Bay areas, and towards the eastern parts of Singapore.

Meet Our Professional Mr Bukit Timahs!

Danny Han

Danny Han has been in the real estate industry since 2005. His primary focus is in districts 10, 11 and 21, especially in the Holland Road neighbourhood where he spent his childhood days.

Danny is a firm believer in integrity and professionalism, which has earned him many loyal clients. His broad experience, resourcefulness and vast knowledge of the market trends have helped many home buyers and investors in making good property choices.

Graduated with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a Degree in Psychology have equipped him with the necessary analytical and people skills for this competitive industry. Not surprisingly, he is a consistent achiever with numerous awards.

Always wearing a smile on his face, Danny loves meeting people. He enjoys a cup of excellent coffee, a good meal, cooking (Hainanese blood in him!) and travel.

Danny is a loving husband to a wonderful wife who is a retired academic and a doting father to two wonderful children.

Don Chiam

Don has been in real estate business since 2005 and has been focusing on the central district of Singapore. Primarily, he deals with leasing between landlords and corporate tenants.

After the 2008 financial crisis, Don started to cater to those with property portfolios looking for high-end investments, or in need of property management in central Singapore. Don has successfully helped many investors to start their property investment journey and have stayed with him throughout due to Don’s advice and their successful investment journey.

As a father of 2 primary school children, Don understands the needs of families – in terms of space, privacy and a child-friendly environment. He can also provide defect evaluation service after the development is TOP, help clients rent out their properties and source all the contractors necessary to maintain their properties.

Don prides himself on making extremely transparent and upfront negotiations to accommodate both parties’ needs for a mutually rewarding agreement.

Farrand Hey

Farrand Hey was born in Singapore but raised in Sabah, Malaysia. He returned to Singapore to continue his education and to serve his National Service. In 2004, Farrand graduated with honours from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Engineering. He joined the real estate industry in 2009 and was involved in many new launches in the private residential sector. Subsequently, he expanded into the secondary sales market for both private and public residential sectors.

Recently, he also brokered several deals in the commercial and industrial segments. His focus is still primarily in the landed and non-landed private residential properties located in Districts 10 and 21.

In his free time, Farrand enjoys reading and exercising to stay healthy. And he loves discovering delicious local fare where ever his work leads him.

Farrand’s philosophy is to conduct his business with the highest integrity and to do his very best for his clients. And his motto is to render service with a heart. The numerous awards and testimonials are a testament to his beliefs.
